We are one of Albany`s oldest established Real Estate Companies, with a long and prosperous history exceeding 75 years. We a have a vast knowledge of Albany and the surrounding districts of the Great Southern Region and specialise as :

• sales consultants for residential housing & vacant land, rural / lifestyle and farming properties and
• are development specialists
The current owner and managing director of Merrifield Real Estate is Mr Jeremy Stewart. He commenced working in the business in 2003 as a sales consultant and took up the challenge to own and build the company by purchasing Merrifield Real Estate in December 2007.
