Merrifield Real Estate was established in the 1940`s and is now over 70 years old. It is one of Albany`s oldest established Real Estate Company Names.
The current owners Kevin and Helen Marshall purchased the business in 1985 and have now purchased the freehold and extensively renovated the front window display area to the largest in town.

The Merrifield Real Estate name has remained and the owners have opted to continue using the name into the future. Our company has vast knowledge in the Albany and surrounding districts` real estate. Kevin Marshall, the principal, has 30 years of Albany Real Estate experience.
