Kevin started in real estate in 1974 and developed fast into a top listing representative.

In 1983 Kevin moved to Merrifield Real Estate and proceeded to acquire his agency license.

Having lived in Albany all her life, Julia Miller knows the region inside out.

Julia handles all aspects of real estate, from residential, commercial and industrial properties to developments and hobby farms. She holds a triennial licence and is a qualified business broker with a sound knowledge of legal documentation.

She is married with two adult children and two dynamic grandsons.

Julie has been at Merrifield Real Estate for over 17 years and has earned a reputation in excelling as a strata and commercial specialist. She is fully qualified to handle all enquiries in this field and deals exclusively with some of albanys biggest clients.

Julie also runs the book keeping department at Merrifield Real Estate and is a true asset to the business while overseeing our storage unit department.

SALES CONSULTANT

Having lived in the Great Southern all of my life I have extensive knowledge of the region and its history and I have great confidence in its future.

With broad experience in rural, farming and business operating in addition to sound achievements in all aspects of Real Estate, I can offer reliable and honest advice to all clients in their Real Estate transactions.

I am married with adult children and for many years I have played various sports and been involved with many sporting and community organizations throughout the region.

ADMINISTRATION

Kahlia is an important member of our Administration and has been working in Real Estate for over 2 years now.

 
At Merrifield Real Estate, Kahlia provides valuable support to the Sales team, Property Management and Commercial team while overseeing various tasks of the business.

 
Kahlia helps with the day to day running of the office and deal efficiently and effectively with all clients and tenants that are involved with Merrifield Real Estate.

 SALES CONSULTANT

Jill has recently  returned  to  reside in Albany with her husband after living in the Pilbara region for a number of years.  She has extensive experience in marketing, business and sales.

Whilst working in the Pilbara Jill was the Executive Officer of the Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce and  the Marketing Manager for Desert Gecko Construction Company. 

Jill has a warm and understanding nature which is complimented by her professional attitude. She has an eye for detail and loves to share the marketing tools and skills that have been a success for her in business and the property market.

Having an avid interest in the property market both in Albany and the Pilbara ignites her enthusiasm to assist and help others to achieve their real estate dreams.

 ADMINISTRATION

Kate is the newest memeber of the Merrifield Team and has joined the administration team. She has had previous experience in dealing with customers on a regular basis and has the skills to be able to deal with your enquiry.

Kate has been handed responsibilites such as word processing, window display, internet and other improtant tasks when dealing with real estate.

She provides valuable assistance to the sales, commerial and property management teams while also dealing with the clients when they fisrt enter the office.

Stacey is a dynamic and enthusiastic property manager dedicated to ensure your investment property makes you money! She shows tremendous initiative and leadership qualities and is trained, licensed and fully qualified and endorsed member of REIWA.
 
Stacey is part of a team consisting of two Residential Property Managers. She has been in the property management industry for 4 years and likes red wine and chocolate.

Merrifield Real Estate deals with all aspects of Property Management from Residential, Commercial, Strata Companies and Storage Units.
